Glenbard North has gone a perfect 4-0 against Larkin recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to face off against the Royals at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Glenbard North came up short against Lake Park and fell 2-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Lancers: they've now lost three in a row.

Glenbard North may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 18 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Larkin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to South Elgin.

While Larkin was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22.

Larkin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Glenbard North, their loss dropped their record down to 10-12.

Glenbard North was able to grind out a solid win over Larkin when the teams last played back in May of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Royals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
