Soccer Recap: Turner Ashby Comes Up Short

Turner Ashby lost against Wilson Memorial back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Knights came up short against the Green Hornets, falling 8-0. Turner Ashby have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Turner Ashby now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Wilson Memorial, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 7-0-1.

Looking ahead, Turner Ashby will head out to take on Rockbridge County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Turner Ashby will be up against Rockbridge County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.75 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wilson Memorial, they will welcome Stuarts Draft at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stuarts Draft will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Wilson Memorial surely won't give up without a fight.
