Football Game Preview: Livingston Academy Wildcats vs. Macon County Tigers

The Livingston Academy Wildcats will take on the Macon County Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Livingston Academy duked it out with Stone Memorial last Friday. The Wildcats had to suffer through a 42-8 loss at the hands of the Panthers. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Macon County didn't have too much trouble with Barren County on Friday as they won 29-14.

Macon County's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Livingston Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Livingston Academy took a serious blow against Macon County in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 45-6. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Wildcats were down 42-0.
