Shelbyville Central's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Lincoln County, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.

Lincoln County beat Shelbyville Central 64-54 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lincoln County since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
