Soccer Recap: King/Drew Has No Trouble Against Harbor Teacher

King/Drew kept a clean sheet against Harbor Teacher on Friday. Everything went their way against the Harbor Teacher Monarchs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Given the Golden Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 480th, while the Monarchs are ranked 1149th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

King/Drew's win bumped their record up to 10-7-4. As for Harbor Teacher, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the King/Drew face off against the Stella High Charter Academy at 2:30 p.m. on January 31st. As for Harbor Teacher, they will take on Foshay at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
