Volleyball Recap: Cozad Wins Going Away Against South Loup

Cozad not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0). They blew past South Loup 3-0. The Haymakers haven't had any issues with South Loup recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Cozad not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept South Loup between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-17.

Emersyn Propp paced Cozad's offense, picking up 13 kills. Propp got some help from Whitney Regelin and her 20 assists.

Cozad's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for South Loup, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.

Cozad didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Hemingford on the 11th. As for South Loup, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against West Holt on the 11th.
