Jersey Shore came tearing into Friday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Warrior Run Defenders as they made off with a 13-7 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Jersey Shore pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.7 runs over those games. As for Warrior Run, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Coming up, Jersey Shore will welcome Shikellamy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Braves have averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season. As for Warrior Run, they will head out to challenge Hughesville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
