Baseball Recap: Oktaha Drops Season-High Score on Panama

Oktaha fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Panama on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Razorbacks by a score of 10-9. On the bright side, the nine- run performance marked the Tigers' highest-scoring contest to date.

Oktaha's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Panama, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oktaha will square off against Red Oak at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Panama, they will challenge Heavener at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolves have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.44 runs per game on average), something the Razorbacks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
