Basketball Recap: Halls Takes a Loss

Halls suffered their biggest loss since December 6, 2024 on Friday. They lost 45-25 to the Middleton Tigers. The defeat continues a trend for Halls in their matchups with Middleton: they've now lost five in a row.

Middleton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Harmony Bell led the charge by going 6 for 13 on her way to 13 points along with five boards and five steals. Another player making a difference was Kemora Buggs, who went 6 of 12 en route to 12 points and three steals.

Halls' loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Middleton, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

Halls will host West Carroll at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Middleton has already played their next matchup, a 52-47 win against Bolivar Central on the 1st.
