Baseball Recap: Anaheim Comes Up Short

Anaheim was the 5-4 winner over Loara when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Colonists took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saxons on Tuesday.

Randy Rojas was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple.

Anaheim has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-17 record this season. As for Loara, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Anaheim has already played their next contest, a 9-1 defeat against Katella on the 7th. As for Loara, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Savanna on the 7th.
