Soccer Game Preview: York Institute vs. Upperman

The York Institute Dragons will head out to challenge the Upperman Bees at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. York Institute will be strutting in after a victory while Upperman will be coming in after a loss.

York Institute is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They skirted past Harriman 4-3.

York Institute hit the Blue Devils with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eli Sweat, Tyler Homan, Tucker Beaty, and Jameson Wright.

Meanwhile, Upperman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 8-2 to White County. That's two games in a row now that Upperman have lost by exactly six goals.

York Institute's win bumped their record up to 4-6-2. As for Upperman, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10-1.

York Institute might still be hurting after the 7-0 defeat they got from Upperman in their previous matchup back in March of 2023. Can the Dragons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
