Baseball Recap: Merrimack Takes a Loss

Merrimack scored first but ultimately less than Goffstown in their matchup on Wednesday. They lost 13-3 to the Grizzlies. The Tomahawks haven't had much luck with the Grizzlies recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Merrimack saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Sousa, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Merrimack's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Goffstown, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.
