Fruita Monument had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Palisade on Tuesday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won eight contests in a row.

Fruita Monument not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Palisade between 18 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-19.

Fruita Monument was led to victory by Kaleigh Klouzek and Hannah Kiser. Klouzek had 14 digs and two aces, while Kiser had four digs and four aces. That's the most digs Klouzek has posted over her last six matchups.
