Smith Valley typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Virginia City proved too difficult a challenge. They breezed by the Smith Valley Bulldogs to the tune of 72-35. The Muckers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 23 points or more this season.

Virginia City's victory was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for Smith Valley, they moved to 19-2 with that defeat, which also ended their 17-game winning streak.
