Basketball Recap: Mount Si Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Mount Si couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They were outmatched by the Richland Bombers and fell 75-46. The Wildcats have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Mount Si lost on Friday, don't look at Brady Hennig. Despite the final result, he went 8-for-18 to rack up 18 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Bonnofsky, who posted eight points.

Mount Si's loss dropped their record down to 20-9. As for Richland, their win bumped their record up to 25-3.

Mount Si does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Richland, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 74-67 victory against Glacier Peak on the 8th.
