Soccer Recap: Alexander Takes a Loss

Alexander was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Attica Blue Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Attica this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in September.

Alexander's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Attica, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Alexander and Attica will both be playing Holley the next time they take the pitch. The Trojans will head out to face the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Blue Devils will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
