Crystal River barely beat Williston the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pirates blew past the Red Devils 8-1 on Thursday. Considering the Pirates have won eight matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Violet Flynn made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 18 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits (and not a single walk).
