Volleyball Recap: Timpanogos Falls Despite Big Games from Mia Tanner and Elsie Hampton

Timpanogos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Clearfield Falcons, falling 3-0.

Timpanogos' defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Elsie Hampton, who had 19 digs, and Mia Tanner, who had 13 digs.

Clearfield can attribute much of their success to Erin Lowry, who had 14 digs and seven assists.

Timpanogos' loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Clearfield, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Timpanogos didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Hurricane on the 20th. As for Clearfield, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Dixie on the 19th.
