Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Justin Kirby stepped things up a notch to give Beddingfield the 'W'. Kirby turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out seven batters over 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

Looking ahead, Kirby and Beddingfield will square off against Princeton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Beddingfield hasn't beaten Princeton recently, having gone 0-8 since March of 2015.
