Game recap: Tift County falls to Camden County high school football team as win streak continues

Camden County (Kingsland, Ga.) extended its winning streak to seven games with a 47-0 victory over Tift County (Tifton, Ga.) on Saturday.

The Wildcats were up 34-0 at the half after taking the lead on a Adrian Ballard touchdown run in the first quarter.

Camden County expanded its lead to 40 points entering the fourth quarter. CC's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown pass by Harrison Poole to Conner Lockhart.

The Kingsland school's most effective player was Ballard. The freshman ran for two touchdowns.



The Wildcats went into the matchup giving up only 6.2 points per game.

Camden County (7-0) will play a AAAAAA Region 1 game against Brunswick next week, while Tift County (2-5) will take on Valdosta also in a AAAAAA Region 1 game.
