McKinney North waltzed into their game  on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past the Greenville Lions 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played  back in October of 2024.
 McKinney North was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20,  25-8.
 Kaitlyn Jefferson paced McKinney North's offense, picking up ten kills. Jefferson got some help from  Malia McNeal and her 14 assists. Finally,  Chloe Lewis kept McKinney North's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.
 Greenville's loss  came despite strong showings from  Lyric Jacobs and  Gali Lazoda.  Jacobs  had 13  digs and one  assist, while  Lazoda  had six  digs and five  assists.
McKinney North's victory bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Greenville,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 12-11.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. McKinney North will  take on  rival Sherman  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Meanwhile, Greenville is set to  face off against  their familiar foe Melissa  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
