After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lake Highlands, Richardson was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the MacArthur Cardinals with a sharp 4-1 win. Considering the Eagles' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit MacArthur with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ella Payne, Sophia Flatt, Jordan Jaye, and Rachel Lawless-Felarca.

Richardson's victory bumped their record up to 5-6-1. As for MacArthur, they now also have a losing record at 5-6-1.

Coming up, Richardson will welcome Berkner at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for MacArthur, they are taking a road trip to face off against Nimitz at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
