West Holt has gone 9-0 against Valentine recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The West Holt Huskies will be playing in front of their home fans against Valentine at 7:00 p.m. West Holt will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

On Friday, West Holt strolled past Stuart with points to spare, taking the game 55-38.

Meanwhile, Valentine hadn't done well against Chadron recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Valentine walked away with an 81-71 win over Chadron.

Valentine's win came from a few key players West Holt will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Andon Olson, who almost dropped a double-double on 27 points and nine boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.6 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Cronin, who went 8 of 14 on his way to 21 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.

Valentine smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in January of 2024.

West Holt pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Valentine, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

West Holt beat Valentine 48-38 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. Will West Holt repeat their success, or does Valentine have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
