Soccer Recap: Colleyville Heritage Wins Going Away Against Bowie

Colleyville Heritage kept a clean sheet against Bowie on Friday. They put the hurt on the Bowie Bulldogs with a sharp 4-0 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Panthers needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

They hit Bowie with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ashlyn Bringedahl (2), Camille Seeley, and Addison Shimmick.

The win got Colleyville Heritage back to even at 1-1. As for Bowie, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1.

Colleyville Heritage will face off against Kingwood Park at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Bowie, they will be taking part in a tournament against East View at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Bowie's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
