Basketball Recap: 27 Straight Home Wins for Charlottesville

Charlottesville had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 41.8 points) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Monday. They blew past the Millbrook Pioneers, posting a 78-42 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Black Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Pioneers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jane Moreland, who posted 18 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Jaliah Jackson, who en route to 12 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.
