Baseball Recap: Scarsdale Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

Scarsdale barely beat Greeley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Raiders put the hurt on the Quakers with a sharp 10-1 win on Monday. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Quakers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Scarsdale pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Greeley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Scarsdale will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Ossining at 4:30 p.m. As for Greeley, they will head out to challenge Clarkstown South at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
