Gonzales won the last time they faced Yoakum and things went their way on Friday too. The Gonzales Apaches never let the Yoakum Bulldogs onto the board and left with a 4-0 win. The Apaches might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by three goals or more this season.

Gonzales is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those seven games. As for Yoakum, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4-1.
