Soccer Recap: Cumberland County Comes Up Short

Cumberland County managed to slip by Bradley Central the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Jets lost 3-0 to the Bears on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Cumberland County's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Cumberland County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for Bradley Central, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-6-2.

Looking ahead, Cumberland County will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Upperman at 6:00 p.m. As for Bradley Central, they will square off against Loudon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
