Volleyball Game Preview: Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Blue Devils vs. Perkiomen School Panthers

The Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Blue Devils will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Perkiomen School Panthers at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Perkiomen School. The Blue Devils blew past the Panthers 3-0 back in September.

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy never let Perkiomen School on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 28-26, 25-21.

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy will have to keep a close watch on Olivia Pratt and Lara Garcia, a pair of players who had a big impact on Perkiomen School's prior game. Pratt had eight digs and one block, while Garcia had 16 assists and seven digs. Garcia has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more assists the last four times she's played.
