Basketball Recap: Cairo Piles Up the Points Against Egyptian

Cairo won the last time they faced Egyptian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cairo Pilots breezed by the Egyptian Pharaohs to the tune of 94-54. The win was some much needed relief for the Pilots as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Egyptian's loss came despite strong showings from Kendrick Williams and Damarion Clark. Williams posted 12 points and eight rebounds, while Clark went 5 for 10 en route to 15 points.

Cairo's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Egyptian, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.

Cairo has already played their next match (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Egyptian will welcome Agape Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
