Basketball Recap: North Forest Comes Up Short

North Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 59-31 loss at the hands of the Furr Brahmans. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 79-22 back in December of 2024.

North Forest's loss dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Furr, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-7.

North Forest has already played their next game (against Scarborough), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Furr will challenge Yates at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Yates' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine contests.
