Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Maryvale). They put the hurt on the Dunkirk Marauders with a sharp 48-26 win on Friday. The Flyers haven't had any issues with the Marauders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Maryvale's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Dunkirk, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Maryvale will take on Albion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dunkirk, they will square off against Fredonia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Marauders will be up against the Hillbillies' rather soft defense (which has allowed 40.57 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
