Baseball Recap: Williams Valley Vikings vs. Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils
For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Williams Valley and Shenandoah Valley meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Thursday. Williams Valley lost 10-2 to Shenandoah Valley. The Vikings were not able to make up for their defeat to the Blue Devils from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
Mason Bowser was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over 4.2 innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit any time he's pitched this season.
