Hilliard Darby's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 0-1-2 and their overall record down to 7-5-2. As for Olentangy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0-2.

Hilliard Darby didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Thomas Worthington on the 30th. As for Olentangy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Dublin Jerome on the 30th.
