Basketball Recap: Brylee Tullock's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Greeneville over Sevier County

Greeneville played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Sevier County Smoky Bears, falling 73-50. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Greene Devils have suffered since January 13th.

Greeneville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Brylee Tullock, who almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine boards. Julia Woolsey was another key player, putting up 11 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.

Greeneville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Greeneville will take on Sullivan East in a tournament on Tuesday. As for Sevier County, they will take on Jackson County at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
