Football Recap: Booker Takes a Loss

The Booker Tornadoes lost 26-6 to the Manatee Hurricanes on Monday.

Booker now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Manatee, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Coming up, Booker will take on Tampa Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Crusaders' defense has only allowed ten points per game this season, so the Tornadoes' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Manatee, they will face off against Southeast at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Hurricanes 6.4, the Seminoles 14.2) so any points scored will be well earned.
