Lincoln has gone a perfect 8-0 against McDaniel recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Cardinals will be playing at home against the Mountain Lions at 7:00 p.m. Lincoln will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.

While Lincoln's victory against Ida B. Wells wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals never let the Guardians get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Thursday. Given Lincoln's advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon soccer rankings (they are ranked second, while Ida B. Wells are ranked 37th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for McDaniel's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Grant on Thursday. McDaniel have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

McDaniel's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-2. As for Lincoln, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1.

Lincoln beat McDaniel by a goal in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 2-1. Do the Cardinals have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mountain Lions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
