Soccer Recap: Grand Junction Takes a Loss

Grand Junction was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Palisade Bulldogs. If Grand Junction were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to Palisade when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Grand Junction now has a losing record of 4-5-3. As for Palisade, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3-2.

Grand Junction didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 6-0 win against Glenwood Springs on the 29th. As for Palisade, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Durango on the 26th.
