Basketball Recap: Grand Saline Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Grand Saline can now relate to. They fell to the Hooks Hornets 59-54.

Grand Saline's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Hooks, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-13.

Grand Saline does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hooks, they will face off against Paradise on Monday. Paradise will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Hooks surely won't give up without a fight.
