Basketball Game Preview: East Harlem vs. Luperon

East Harlem and Luperon, after both having extra time off, will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Luperon took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on East Harlem, who comes in off a win.

East Harlem will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any points back in December of 2025, then bounced right back against Math Science & Engineering last Monday. East Harlem breezed past Math Science & Engineering to the tune of 64-31. East Harlem hasn't had any issues with Math Science & Engineering recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Luperon entered their matchup against Douglass Academy last Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Luperon fell 57-48 to Douglass Academy. The contest marked Luperon's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

East Harlem's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Luperon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
