Volleyball Recap: Corner Yellow Jackets vs. Gulf Shores Dolphins
Corner was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gulf Shores Dolphins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Yellow Jackets of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.
The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-13.
Corner's defeat dropped their record down to 38-6. As for Gulf Shores, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-15 record this season.
