Corbin Bowling Turns in Season-Best Performance

Fayette Academy was led to victory by Corbin Bowling, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Bowling rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 53 yards and a touchdown on only five passes. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.

Lawrence is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Lake County on Friday. When Lawrence last faced the Falcons back in October of 2023, he rushed for 97 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.

Trinity Christian Academy found a leader in Brayden Waller as the team took down Harding Academy on Friday. Waller did his part (and then some), picking up 24 receiving yards for the 'W'.
