Basketball Recap: Faribault Comes Up Short

Faribault lost against John Marshall back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Faribault Falcons took a 73-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the John Marshall Rockets.

Faribault's loss dropped their record down to 18-7. As for John Marshall, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 18 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Faribault will face off against Albert Lea at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for John Marshall, they will take on Mayo at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Mayo comes in on seven and John Marshall on five.
