Volleyball Game Preview: East Bay Indians vs. Durant Cougars + How To Watch

The East Bay Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Durant Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

East Bay came up short against Sumner on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Stingrays recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-8, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Durant earned a 3-1 victory over Tampa Bay Tech on Thursday. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

While Durant might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Tampa Bay Tech scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 22-25, 25-22, 27-25.

Durant's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for East Bay, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

East Bay suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Durant in their previous meeting back in September of 2023. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
