Baseball Recap: Clinton Red Tornadoes vs. Navajo Indians
There's no place like home for Clinton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Navajo Indians on Thursday as they made off with a 9-1 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Red Tornadoes as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
The team relied heavily on Dyson Moss, who got on base in both of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. That stolen base was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Snider Dowdell, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
