Soccer Recap: First Coast Takes a Loss

First Coast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Global Outreach Charter Academy Kodiaks. While losing is never fun, First Coast can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 537th, while Global Outreach Charter Academy are ranked 211th).

First Coast's goal came courtesy of Tyler Jones, who's now up to five this season.

First Coast's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Global Outreach Charter Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1-2.

First Coast has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against West Nassau on the 8th. As for Global Outreach Charter Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-1 win against Hilliard on the 8th.
