Volleyball Game Preview: Alchesay Falcons vs. San Carlos Braves

The Alchesay Falcons will square off against the San Carlos Braves at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Alchesay came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Mogollon, falling 3-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, San Carlos can bid farewell to their five-match losing streak thanks to their match on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Whitehorse. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Braves yet this season.

Alchesay's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for San Carlos, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.

Alchesay took their victory against San Carlos in their previous meeting back in August of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Braves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
