Tri-Valley put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pine Grove Cardinals. Surprisingly, this marked the Bulldogs' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Tri-Valley never let Pine Grove on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-15, 25-23.

Tri-Valley was led to victory by Callie Melocheck and Kirra Klinger. Melocheck had 29 assists and ten digs, while Klinger had 17 digs and three assists. That's the most assists Klinger has posted over her last eight matchups.

Tri-Valley's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Pine Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tri-Valley will square off against Minersville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are facing the Battlin' Miners at the right time seeing as the Battlin' Miners are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pine Grove, they will welcome Our Lady of Lourdes Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
