There's no place like home for Cedar Bluff, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Gaston Bulldogs on Thursday as the Cedar Bluff Tigers made off with a 14-1 win. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Cedar Bluff has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.8 runs. Gaston's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Cedar Bluff beat Gaston by a score of 9-2 later that day.
