Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Babylon). They came out on top against the Commack Cougars by a score of 53-43 on Saturday. The Bulldogs pushed the score to 43-21 by the end of the third, a deficit the Cougars cut but never quite recovered from.

The victory got North Babylon back to even at 3-3. As for Commack, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. North Babylon will face off against rival Half Hollow Hills East at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Commack is set to challenge their familiar foe Deer Park at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
